Wessex Museums takes very seriously the commitments we have made in our own Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Framework, which aims to dismantle prejudice and discrimination in our own organisations. Within our EDI Policy and EDI Action Plan we advocate for underserved communities in our region and strong EDI practice in our sector. This includes being effective allies and platforming the voices of people from underserved backgrounds within our own organisations and across our region who experience prejudice and discrimination.
